  • At 3:30 PM, drink a glass of buttermilk to help the food digest.

  • At 4:00 PM, sip some green tea.

  • After an hour, consume half a katori of cooked chana.

  • Dinner will consist of two pieces of chapati, a katori of palak paneer, and a half-cucumber.

  • Enjoy a cup of skim milk to cap off your day.

  • Be sure to eat a balanced diet.
